The Sharing Pieces Program is one more way we puzzle sustainably!
When you send in your puzzles, they become part of our collection to be puzzled again and again by Puzzler Members across Europe. As a merci, you’ll earn OuLaLa Points to redeem for a variety of rewards!
Salut Puzzlers! The Sharing Pieces Program has been updated to to reflect our new website and features. Before submitting your puzzles, please take a moment to see what’s new.
Step 1
Fill out the Sharing Pieces Submission Form. We’ll review your puzzles and notify you through email of the approved puzzles.
Step 2
Once approved, send your puzzles in one of two ways: (1) Include them in your return rental using the Sharing Pieces Baggies we provide, or (2) Mail them to us directly anytime.
Step 3
Once your puzzles are verified, you'll earn OuLaLa Points!
Use your points to redeem rewards like free mini puzzles, discounts for the Shop or Events, and more!
Step 4
Your puzzles are added into the collection for other Puzzler Members to enjoy again and again!

Since I've already contributed many puzzles to the Sharing Pieces Program, I see a lot of posts on social media with those puzzles that were once on my puzzle table. I love it because I feel I am contributing to boosting the creativity of other fellow puzzlers in a sustainable way. Thanks Ou La La Puzzles for coordinating all of this. It's an awesome idea that not only gives puzzles a second (or third) life, you're are also strengthening the puzzle community!

I really like the Sharing Pieces Program as it gives other puzzlers the opportunity to enjoy the puzzles as well and maybe try out puzzle brands that are not that accessible in their own country. If you’re unsure whether your puzzle qualifies, feel free to contact us—we're happy to help!
If you have a large number of puzzles to submit, just contact us with images to get started. We’ll help pre-approve them before you need to fill out the Sharing Pieces Submission Form—many of our Puzzler Members do this!
To ensure a quick and easy submission process while complying with EU regulations, please have the following items ready before filling out the Sharing Pieces Submission Form :
Renting
Most Puzzler Members send back 2 × 500 piece puzzles or 1 × 1000 piece puzzle at a time.
Since space and weight are limited, we also handle it on a case-by-case basis. Before you return your rental box, we’ll let you know how many puzzles you can include.
Mailing Directly
You can send as many puzzles as you'd like—there’s no limit when mailing them yourself!
Yes, the puzzle box is required when filling out the Sharing Pieces Submission Form.
However, once your puzzles are approved, you do not need to include the boxes when sending them back with your rental.
We ask that you please hold onto the boxes until your puzzles have been verified.
When renting, it is required to order Sharing Pieces Baggies so they’re included in your rental box and ready to use when you return it. They’re free, and there’s no limit to how many you can order.
Renting
If you're renting—whether through On Demand or Subscription— Sharing Pieces puzzles will be included in your rental box, so shipping is free.
Mailing Directly
If you're submitting puzzles without renting, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs.
Approval typically takes 2-3 business days after we receive your submission.
Verification typically takes 5 business days after we receive your puzzles.
If your puzzles don’t pass verification based on the Safety Declaration due to missing pieces, broken knobs, unpleasant odors, sharp edges, or signs of contaminants, we will hold onto them and notify you via email you provided to us.
We can then discuss the next steps for your puzzle.
After your puzzles are verified, the points you’ve earned per puzzle will appear in your account through the OuLaLa Perks widget.
You can check and redeem your OuLaLa Points through the OuLaLa Perks widget.
