Description

As a Puzzler Member subscriber, you have exclusive access to Add-On Puzzles—extra puzzles beyond your base membership plan, available at a discounted rate per puzzle.

This feature also lets you rent across themes. For example, if you're subscribed as a Speed Puzzler, you can add puzzles from the Adult collection to explore more variety and vice versa.

Add-On Puzzles gives you another way to make your puzzling experience more personalized to your lifestyle.
How It Works
  1. Select the theme you'd like to add puzzles from (Speed or Adult).
  2. Choose the piece count that fits your puzzling preference (500 or 750/1000).
  3. Select the quantity (optional).
  4. Add to cart.
  5. Repeat these steps as needed.
  6. Once you're done, go to the puzzle collection (you're a member of) to choose the puzzles that match your selections*.
  7. Proceed to checkout.

*Important Note: If you're a Puzzler Member for Speed, you’ll only be able to directly 'add to cart' puzzles from the Speed puzzle collection, and the same applies for Adult.

If you're adding puzzles from a different theme than your membership, please list the puzzle titles you’re interested in renting in the special instructions at checkout. We’ll manually reserve and include them in your order.

If you don’t have specific puzzles in mind, feel free to leave a note like: “I like bold color puzzles” or “Surprise me.”

If no note is provided, we’ll select puzzles for you based on availability.
Reduce Pricing Breakdown

Adult Membership Plan
With the Adult membership plan starting at €36, it’s €9 per puzzle when renting 4 x 500 piece puzzles, or €18 per puzzle for 2 x 1000 piece puzzles.

Add-On Puzzles offer a reduced rate—just €5 per 500 piece puzzle (a €4 reduction) or €8 per 750/1000 piece puzzle (a €10 reduction).

Speed Membership Plan
For the Speed membership plan starting at €32, it’s €8 per puzzle for 4 x 500/500+ piece puzzles.

Add-On Puzzles offer a reduced rate—just €4 per puzzle (a €4 reduction).
Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Once your order is placed, your Add-On Puzzles will ship within 2–3 business days, together with your monthly puzzles in the same rental box.

Delivery
Estimated delivery is 2–10 business days depending on where you live.

Returns
Return your puzzles at the end of 6 weeks using the return label we provide.
