Description

As a Puzzler Member subscriber, you have exclusive access to do a Theme Puzzle Swap—providing you the ability to rent across themes to explore more variety.

For example, if you're subscribed as a Speed Puzzler, you can swap out puzzles from the Speed collection to rent puzzles in the Adult collection and vice versa.

Theme Swap gives you another way to make your puzzling experience more personalized to your lifestyle.

Please Note:
° Your membership piece/puzzle quantity limits still apply when using Theme Puzzle Swap.
° You can only swap 1 or 2 puzzles, not your entire rental.

If you want to swap everything, you can pause your current membership and become a member of both themes.
How It Works
  1. Redeem your OuLaLa Points for swapping (required), making sure this item is added to your cart and the code is applied.
  2. Go to the puzzle collection you’re a member of and add your puzzles to the cart.
  3. Next visit the puzzle collection you’re not a member of and decide on the puzzles you want to rent*.
  4. Proceed to checkout.

*Important Note: For Step 3, since you’ll be swapping out puzzles from a different theme than your membership and therefore won’t have the ability to add the puzzles to your cart, you’ll need to list the puzzle titles you’re interested in renting in the special instructions at checkout.

If you don’t have specific puzzles in mind, feel free to leave a note like: "Any 500 piece puzzle" or “I like bold color puzzles” or “Surprise me.”

If no note is provided, we’ll select puzzles for you based on availability.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Once your order is placed, your Theme Swap Puzzles will ship within 2–3 business days, together with your monthly puzzles in the same rental box.

Delivery
Estimated delivery is 2–10 business days depending on where you live.

Returns
Return your puzzles at the end of 6 weeks using the return label we provide.
